Additionally, he was the solution architect for the team that successfully launched loanDepot’s melloClear, expanding on the mello smartloan™ automation suite. Before joining loanDepot, Ramirez built and sold a premier pricing engine company, Priceweaver. The company’s flagship product, LenderHub, was the first of its kind to have an open API architecture, giving clients and vendors the ability to leverage its investor library of pricing, risk based adjusters and eligibility guidelines to drive sales origination and profitability.
